What's in this post:
1. New Importer
2. Saved Changes in Text iQ
3. Near Operators in Text iQ
4. Hiding Ticket Data
5. Ticket Follow-Up Details
6. Security Tab

This winter has been a time of exciting new releases for Qualtrics! For example, with the newly improved Importer, you no longer have to tirelessly clean data before importing it into Qualtrics. Instead of downloading and tirelessly editing an old-school export, export with Data Table and enter your data in text, numbers, and a mix of both! You can even make the Importer recognize specific typos and convert them into the correct response.

Our text analysis tool has also been improving at a rapid rate. Clients who have purchased the Advanced Text iQ package no longer have to wait around for each change they make to finish saving before they start making more. Instead, you can now make as many as you want before applying changes. This means you can now remove topics, create topics, rename topics, add sentiments, and more without breaking your stride. And have you ever wished your text analysis knew enough to tag feedback that says “The internet is too slow” as “slow internet,” but not one that says “Internet was pretty fast. But the waitress was really slow”? With near operators, you can now specify that only words within a certain proximity should be tagged.

Ticketing has also made some major strides. Let’s say you have it set up to let Sales and Support know when a client needs them. Those two won’t need access to the same information from the client, right? You can now hide ticket data and protect that sensitive material. Ticketing also allows you to add “Follow-Up Details,” which are questions that must be answered before the ticket resolves. This means you can grill your teammates on everything they did before letting them claim a task is done.

Of course, all data is safe and sound with Qualtrics. But for clients who purchased the Enterprise Security package, there’s a new perk: the Security tab. This allows administrators to keep track of activity in the brand, including how long users log in, who is logged in, the geolocation they accessed the site from, and way more! Now your Qualtrics brand can meet your company’s high security standard.
