Why would my popover intercept have twice as many Clicks as Impressions?

In the Change Options sub-menu of the Creatives section, deselect the Prebuild PopOver option, which will prevent clicks from being incremented as soon as the page loads. Basically your clicks are incrementing as soon as the page loads, but the Impressions increment only after the PopOver actually appears to your visitors. So if your visitors leave before the PopOver is displayed, the click is counted, but the impression is not.
