''An exceptional condition occurred, it has been logged and sent to the administrator''. I can't login at qualtrics since 14-12-2018 due to this error..

I haven't seen the error but it sounds like something you have to talk to your brand administrator about.

I can't say I've seen that specific error but I have experienced weird errors that sometimes prevent me from logging in and look like I'm not authorized, if there's connectivity issues on Qualtrics' end. I'd be surprised that it would last so long if that was the case, but I would connect with Qualtrics Support to see if there's anything weird going on with your account.

Definitely the Support is the place to go to. We have had Qualtrics EU servers down and couldn't login to Qualtrics, but it last just for a couple of hours max.
