Responses not being recorded

I have been using Qualtrics for years now, but this is the first time I have experienced this problem - on one of my surveys, participants' responses are not being recorded. It is showing that only 4 people took the survey, although I know that is impossible (I also took the survey myself from a remote location and responses were not recorded). Why could that be? Is there any way to retrieve this data somehow? Thank you!

I would check your survey flow to make sure you don't have a custom end of survey set to "Do NOT record survey response (not recommended)."

Other than that, have you checked your in progress responses? Is it possible that the final submit button isn't being pressed?

If neither of these is the case, I would reach out to support ASAP!
