Slider anchored to a graphic

I've been trying to create a slider question where I have a custom picture over the slider where the beginning of the scale (0) is anchored to the left side of the image and the end of the scale is anchored to the right of the scale (100). So that no matter on the size of the screen or if on a mobile, participant will always see the scale as beggining where the image begins and ending where the image begins.
Is there a way to achieve this by some simple code? I'v been using some Java Script and CSS in Qualtrics but mostly just copying stuff from the forum, I have a basic understanding of programming, so I could really use some tips or a code if it's simple enough.
It would be also fine to have the graphic in the backgroud of the slider, any solution would work for me as long as it's anchored horizontally.
Thanks!
