Dashboard Role not working

Hello. I created a new role for a participant to be able to view 3 companies and 2 departments within one of those companies. When I test login to their dashboard and filter I am only able to view one company with the departments. Is there a way to refresh the setting? I've set it up the exact way other roles are and those work. Thanks in advance!

Hi @cherylp! It looks like you reached out to our Support Team regarding this inquiry. We would love it if you would be willing to share your answer with other community members here as well!
after contacting support I was told this would not be possible - they cannot allow all departments for some companies and restricted departments for others within the same role. The workaround suggested was to create 2 roles for the same person with the appropriate access, this also requires creating a second user ID for the same person. We decided to not restrict access to resolve our issue.
