Dear all,
I am fighting with a requirement to show a five scale multiple choice single answer question horizonzally (just like the standard NPS question).!

The desktop question looks like this:
!

the mobile version looks at the moment like this:
!

Is there a way to set the question up like the NPS question.

I tried some css and javascript but couldn't get anywhere close to it

Thanks for your support

Best regards

Hi Tom,
thanks again for your support. It has been very helpful. One more question regarding this though. The solution you have pointed out is based on the NPS question. This limits however the way of displaying. You can't start the labels with the higher number for example. Hence the question is there any other way to manipulate a multi answer single select question to remain horizontal on mobile devices. Just for the record: I do believe that the vertical arrangement is much better on mobile devices, but... alas... some clients :-)
Thanks and best regards
