Under in-progress responses it lists the last question seen by the participant. For those who don't make it past the authenticator, their is usually a message their that says "authenticator" then a number. For example "authenticator18" or "authenticator21"
Does anyone know what the number means on these? I will run different surveys with the same SSO authentication setup and get differing numbers.

@uhrxx005 - It is the survey flow id of the authenticator.
Go to the survey flow and check the "Show Flow IDs" option present at the top right corner.
The number present on the authenticator is the number you are referring to.
