Some users cannot write in text boxes
When conducting a survey, I get the feedback that some users cannot write in text boxes. Most users don't experience any problem, but some do. When running a test version, I got the same feedback from one user. All the other test users experienced no problems. I checked all kinds of browsers - mobile as well as on laptop - and couldn't find any problem. But apparently there is some issue. Any suggestions how to deal with this issue.

If you have created text box using javascript there might be some issue if device dont support java script. while if standard text question is used i dont think there should be any issue.
Thanks, but I didn't use javascript. Just standard text questions available.

That's a weird one. I'd suggest gathering as much information as possible from your test user that experienced this and then calling in to Support.
