Email distribution stuck at 'Sending'


Hello. I am trying to test survey distribution mechanics, so I created a dummy contact list (with 1 email address - one of mine), and sent the survey invitation to that list, selecting 'Send now'. However, it has been an hour and the email has not been delivered. When I review distribution settings, it appears to be stuck at 'Sending'. Can someone please help me with this?

Hmm. That's weird. You can try refreshing your account: click on the person icon in the top left and select "Refresh Account". If that doesn't work, I'd suggest contacting support to see what's up. Good luck!
I tried refreshing the account but this did not help. I also tested the survey distribution again using my friend's email, but it is still stuck at Sending.

I would definitely contact support then. Sounds like maybe something is not working as intended.
