Clustering questions around one topic.

I have a survey where the question s are clustered around topics and I would like to do two things:

1. When I administer the survey the questions show up in random order so the participants are unable to see the grouping of the questions.
2. When I analyze the questions, I would like to be able to do additive means around the broader topic in question.

Example: questions 1 - 9 are centered around a topic of relationships, 10 - 18 are about difficulty, etc.

I'm not sure about the second one (mostly because I don't understand the question) but you can use Randomizer or Question Randomization to change the order of the questions, depending on how you want it.
I figured out how to randomize the blocks, thanks!
