Why doesn't my piped embedded data show?

Hi! I'm trying to design a Vignette (or factorial survey experiment) in my Qualtrics survey. I'm a beginner in Qualtrics so please forgive me if I made a really obvious mistake...
I constructed the question, with randomizers, set embedded Data and piped the fields into the original question, but when running the survey the spots where the piped text was simply stays blank.

Maybe I made the mistake of not adding a page break after the questions - but because Randomizers and Embedded Data only show in the Survey flow I don't know how to do that. Or is something else wrong with my design?

I think your field name may be off. Try changing it to ${e://Field/change1} and see if that does the trick.

Move the block "Vignette Taxes" after the randomizers in the survey flow.

Thanks! I moved the Vignette item under the Randomizer on top of all the embedded data, but it still doesn't show.

It need be outside and below the randomizers...
