How the mask the ftp name in the survey link?
How to mask or remove the ftp name(company name) in the survey link because client wouldn't like us to show our company name in the survey link

You'll probably have to contact your Account Manager to see about a vanity url.

If domain name is in the format company.qualtrics.com. The url will still work if you replace company with datacenter (e.g., co1, az1, ca1, etc.). This will work for an anonymous or authenticated survey. The issue is if you are using email invites the piped url will include company.

This is an Account Manager name. Just tell them what you want to change it to (I recommend "survey" or "research").
