Is it usual that my university account always login?
I have created my organisation ID (university account). I wonder why my account always log in even I try to log out but it refresh and appear the old page. Therefore, I have to close the tab every time when I finished. Besides, I tried to reset my password, but I did not received the reset password email in my university email account. Is it possible that I am not allowed to change it? Thank you.

Is it like, every time you hit Qualtrics login page ad you autometically login without entering credential? and that happen only when you are in your university network? If yes then your organisation might have SSO enabled. In case of SSO you dont need and get a password.
