How do I set the width for my email?

Hello,
I am using Qualtrics email system to send out my survey, but the copy in my email spans the width of the screen - way past my banner. See attached image. Can you please help me figure out how to set the width of the copy to match the width of my banner. I have attached a Word doc with the HTML code. Thanks in advance for your help!

You need to place your text in a cell as well. Set the width to the same width as your banners or tables.
