is there a way i can customize the data files when downloaded?

hi, when i download the data i want to be able to see the block name, is there a way to do this?
i am trying to create 5 conditions which are randomised, and then within those 5, 50 questions are further randomised. as each condition is different, the questions are using similar stimuli, (just tweaked). im trying to see how the responses to the questions differ across conditions. can i get the downloaded table to be a lot clearer when finding the questions, as they are the same across conditions, so that i can sort the answers fairly easier? anything that can help me see the responses to the questions across conditions would help greatly. its worth mentioning that the questions each have their own block. Thank you
