Hi, I have noticed already a few times that when i submit a support ticket and mention another relevant person in CC, they do not receive response from support. Is it only my issue, or someone else has had it?

That's funny...mine have always included the person that I CC'ed. Maybe check with support to see if they need to be doing something on their end?

I wanted to bring this topic up with the support agent while raising a ticket the other day, but i forgot to add my colleague in the cc field 😃 Well, then better luck next time for me)
