Using the XM Directory, what is the best way to record if an incentive has been sent to a contact?

Any advice would be great! What is working for you? Is this useful to record who you are incentivising and if this is impacting response rates? How are you tracking and analysing - the type of incentives that work best for your team and panel? What incentives have worked for you?
