How to use a display logic or embedded data for a ranking question?

I have a ranking question that pulls in options to rank based on what answers respondents have selected throughout 5 prior questions. If they only select one option throughout all 5 questions, they need to skip over the ranking question. If they select 2 or more options then the ranking question should show up. Is there a way to use math operations (to add up the number of selected options) and embedded data in the survey flow that can then be used in a display logic for the ranking question?

    Hello!

I would consider using the Scoring feature to keep track of how many options were selected.

Then, in the Survey Flow, you can use the 'Insert Piped-Text' feature to set an embedded data field with the resulting number of options selected (see attached screenshot). With this variable set, you can then use branch logic, display logic, etc. to change the behavior of the survey.

    Hope that helps!
