How can I change the size of the table of contents button at the bottom of each page?
I am looking for advice on how to change make the table of contents button at the bottom of each page larger. Right now, it is much smaller than the forward/back navigation buttons on either side of it.

This is what the bottom of each page of my survey looks like. I dont like that the Table of contents button is so much smaller than the "go back" and "next" buttons
you can add a script in the footer, under look and feel tab
