Matrix table reports
I'm a new user to Qualtrics, so this might be a basic question. How do I get the results of a text entry matrix table to display as a completed table in a report? I've attached a picture of a Record view which is exactly what I want.

I don't think there is a direct way to do this in the Qualtrics report with a text entry response. You could export each response as PDF, and then re-insert it, but that is quite manual .Are you trying to do this per respondent, or are you aggregating across responses? You might need to look into alternative question types and/or alternative ways of generating the tables.
