How can I manually create a ticket?

I have setup the ticketing system after launching the survey.
Now I want to create a ticket for the answers that already came in.
Is there a way to manually create a ticket or re-trigger the 'ticket task' for the existing responses?

I dont think you can manualy create ticket, you can try retaking response and filling same selections if not many.
