Limiting number of responses in a particular time window

Can I use a quota to limit the number of responses within a time limit - for example a maximum of sixty responses each day?

Hi @Helen I think you may have meant to post this as a question, not a product idea. In any case, I believe the feature you're looking for is automatic quota resets, explained partway down in this help page.
