We are starting our 1st qualtrics EX implementation. We need some information about implementation.

1- How we are going to collect the requirement?
2- Is there any specific format to collect the qualtrics requirement like SuccessFactors modules?

Is there any specific sheet or document to collect surveys and reports a requirement from a client?

Hi!!

i think there is no special document for this. However partners can access some enablement resources that can help with this. But is not widely available
