FUF survey result
Hi, when I acess the result for my region (for branchs), I get under the 3 main categories this 3 worging : Banque LRT, Approche Client, Direction LRT...Those are not representative with the "wording" we are using to evaluate are results. We are using thoses 3 "wording" LTR Bank, detracteurs ans LTR branch...Is those has been change in the last weeks ? Please note that in the lunch vedio the "titles" are exactly what we are using in are mandate :LTR Bank, detracteurs ans LTR branch

Hi @Ysabelle, If I have understood this correctly, you want to change the labels such that,
1. Banque LRT is changed to LTR Bank
2. Approche Client is changed to detracteurs
3. Direction LRT is changed to LTR branch
If this is the issue here, all you need to do is add labels and change recodes for this field/question. This can be done by:
1. Click Gear icon on top of dashboard.
2. Go to the field from which this data is coming.
3. Click the gear icon.
4. Click Manage Labels.
5. Remove existing labels if any and add labels as per your requirement.
6. Click Save.
7. Change Recode for the existing incorrect values to the created labels.
8. Save the changes.
