I am currently trying to allow for surveys to be sent to specific parties once questions are completed and thought that the "Entered Text" piping function would be the best way to do this as it allows for survey recipients to forward it to the needed parties. However, the option to select "Entered Text" as a piping option is not available, only two options appear.
The question that I want to pipe from is a text entry field. What needs to be done to allow more piping options to appear?

You need to select the second option here. The option is labelled as the actual question text but actually gives the value entered in the text entry field. If that doesn't work, store the value in an embedded data and use that embedded data field.
