Salesforce survey email trigger and editing a live survey

Hi! We have several surveys that are triggered by an integration with Salesforce. We don't send any data back to Salesforce but certain Salesforce statuses trigger the surveys. If I edit my survey questions, add embedded data, and add Ticketing actions, will that effect the Salesforce integration? I just want to make sure that these survey changes don't stop people from getting pinged with the email invitation to take the survey. Do you have experience with editing live surveys like this?
