I want to create a matrix question with several options. However, I would like to show several multiple choice questions based on the answer of certain statements in the matrix. For example, when a customer provide rating about reservation, I would like to ask how they made the reservation right after that. If I create several matrix, it doesn't look nice at the beginning. I currently use several multiple choice questions but it creates the long survey with long question text and repeated scale point. Could anyone help me with this.

Matrix will be the better option but if we have many statement then we can have 2 matrix with half number of statement in each
