We recently had a request to provide percentiles in a graph in the subject report. We chose the percentile as the data format option. We noticed that the leader who had the highest score is not rank in the top percentile. We are assuming this is a result of how Qualtrics calculates the percentile and treats ties among scores. Does anyone have experience using the percentiles and can provide me with information concerning how it calculates the percentiles and treats ties?
