New Remote Work Pulse XM Solution for Organizations Managing Through COVID-19

There are times when we all need to step up and help each other move forward. That’s why we’re excited to share the new Remote Work Pulse XM Solution with our community.

Whether your organization is temporarily moving to a remote work environment or adjusting to new health and safety practices—it’s vital to listen to and act on employee needs during challenging business disruptions.

Developed by Qualtrics EmployeeXM people scientists, this guided XM Solution helps to:

  • Quickly assess employee morale and well-being
  • Find out if employees have the clarity, tools and support they need
  • Pinpoint critical gaps to make real-time improvements and keep teams thriving

The Remote Work Pulse also offers two ways to check-in with your workforce:

  1. Quick check-in: Pulse employees with a simple mood barometer to get a holistic view of morale and understand trends associated with open-text feedback.
  2. Remote work readiness evaluation: Pulse employees to pinpoint gaps and take action on up to five key areas surrounding the remote work experience, including: mindset, communication, collaboration, enablement and serving customers.
  • Mindset: How has the changing workplace environment impacted morale - and what can organizations do to support employee well-being?
  • Communication: Have policy amendments, health and safety practices, or other changes directly impacting the workforce been clearly communicated?
  • Collaboration: How well are employees able to collaborate with their peers, managers, and other teams when face-to-face interaction is less available?
  • Enablement: Do employees have access to the proper technology, tools and internal support services to perform in their roles - especially in remote work environments?
  • Customer Needs: What impacts do new workplace environments have on employee ability to serve customers?
