Dynamically resize creatives

Hello,
when creating a Creative, I can specify the size of the creative. Is there a way of using a dynamic size that would be a % of the screen size?

The _use case_ here is where you push a creative and the website could be consumed in a laptop monitor, external monitor or even a table. All these will have different screen sizes/resolutions, especially if you consider rotation for the assets that support it (e.g. tablets). Fixed-size creatives will make the creative oversizes in some cases,
