I was searching for user experiences with using the default Bot Detection functionality. I have read help file, and the discussions around using hidden questions as a method, but didn't find posts discussing effectiveness, tips, recommendations for enabling the default feature. Also curious about experience with enabling before capturing data vs. enabling on survey with existing data.

Haven't got much experience with this, but I have tried the hidden question method and the Bots seemed to walk passed it just like a real respondent.
The Capture Verification seemed to make no difference at stopping the Bots either.
I am just beginning to use the Qualtrics built in features but have no data collected with them in place.
