Can I use the "retake survey" option when anonymized answers are set?

I recently asked a similar question, so I apologize if I am being repetitive, but I am still trying to find some solution to my problem, if possible.

So, my question really is - is it possible to use a "retake survey" link when the survey options were set as "anonymized answers"? The survey was sent by email to a list of people, but some of them were saved as partial completion after a month and I really need these people to be able to continue answering the survey.

If there is any chance to make this work, how can I achieve it?
