How much can be automated with qualtrics?

Hello, we are looking make a survey that is sent out to participants in a study once a week. Is there a way to automate this in qualtrics? Also, to make it a little more complex, we want to give the participant the option to delay taking the survey for 2 days. The last thing is that we want to compare the results of the survey with the results of the same survey from the week before. We were wondering if we could do this automatically in qualtrics? For example, say a participant indicated that they did not have an increase in symptoms from one week to the next, but they indicated a severity rating of "1" the week before and this week they indicated a "3". Could qualtrics find a discrepancy like this and flag it for a reviewer or clinician to see?
