Weekly Product Release Notes - April 20, 2020

  1. Setting Default “From” and Reply-To Email Addresses for a Brand: Brand administrators can request default from or reply-to emails for the whole brand, and set a global default or differentiate based on CX/EX. (See below for internal instructions.)
  2. Weekly Response Notifications: COVID-19 XM Solutions come with weekly notifications of how many responses they are getting. Same section added to each COVID-19 XM Solution page.
  3. COVID-19 Customer Confidence Pulse Solution: This XM solution is now localized into various languages. 
  4. Using Logic: New section on using True/False logic in conditions. 
  5. Specialty User Types: New EX Administrator and CX Administrator user types, which allow for the creation of admins who can alter users on their CX or EX programs without editing users in the larger brand outside their program.

CX Dashboards

  1. Text iQ Table Widget: Column Configuration: You can customize the columns included in this widget. This includes new options such as volume change and sentiment change.
  2. Frontline Feedback Data Sources: Frontline Feedback projects can be mapped as a data source in CX Dashboards.


  1. Report Templates: Statistics Table: Median is not compatible when using a Statistics Table in report templates (EX). This option will be hidden.
  2. Scorecard Widget (EX): This widget now supports statistical significance testing on the Average metric
  3. Question List Widget (EX): This widget now supports statistical significance testing on the Average metric.

Stats iQ

  1. Analyzing Text iQ in Stats iQ: Ability to analyze Text iQ data in Stats iQ.
