Is it possible to import survey questions via csv file or other format of file?
I am trying to just import text entry (not other format).
(I thought only csv file that I could import into survey was Contact List.)

Importing questions in survey in survey is possible via txt and doc format. Check this post. CSV file following certain formats/ rules can be used to import either contact list or data in data and analysis tab.
