I am new to the community and have just recently started using Qualtrics.
I am trying to create a survey for my team's performance. I want to track performance by each individual Change Request number. The title of the survey and the project remains the same but I want to change the CR Number for each instance . The CR number is a free text field in the description of the survey.
I just realised that if I change the CR number in the description it will wipe out the responses that I would have received for the previous CR number. Can you please tell me what are the options to achieve this ?
