Why didn't my full distribution send?

I distributed my survey in Research Core and only half of the emails sent out to the people that are in my mailing list. It doesn't say any of them are bounced. Why did it not send to the full list?

Did you make sure that you didn't accidentally send out the email to a sample instead of the full list?

I definitely sent it to the full list but some of the users on my list seem to have gotten skipped for some reason...

Had the users that were skipped opted out of surveys? If so they will not be on any distributions.

@Barnaby - And if you want to review what happened on an email-by-email basis, you can download the history for the distribution. It'll let you know which email addresses/participants opted out, etc.

Thanks @RachelTHREE - I downloaded the history and it turns out that they were skipped as "Duplicate Emails"
