Welcome to our CX User Group! We created this forum to provide you with a platform for peer-to-peer exchange. Hear from our customers about their CX Programs, how they manage challenges and which best practices they have established. The meeting will be hosted either in german or english, dependent on the participants.
This time we will talk about best practices, tips and tricks, dos and don’ts around how to set up a Customer Experience Practice. Our colleague Dr. Sören Winkelmann has been in charge of the global insights program at B2B company with over a bn revenue. Sören will tell us more how he built the CX practice, how he convinced his management to invest in this discipline and how he has communicated the value and potential of Customer Experience.
Our Agenda: After a 10 min presentation from Sören, we will discuss questions, challenges or best practices from the group.

Sören Winkelmann began his career by studying International Business Management in Heidelberg. In addition to that he studied international management and marketing at various universities in the UK. Today, Dr. Winkelmann is Visiting Assoc. Prof. at the TU Munich and responsible for consulting companies in the field of experience management at Qualtrics. Before joining Qualtrics, Sören Winkelmann was Global Customer Insights Manager at a German B2B company and was responsible for the development and optimisation of customer experience programmes.
