Interactive Online Event

Discover how you ramp up your digital CX program

June 30, 2020 / 3.00 - 4.30PM CET

For many organisations, Covid-19 has accelerated the need for digital transformation - online channels are taking precedence and customer journeys are being reimagined on the fly.

Join Juliana Holterhaus from the Qualtrics XM Institute for an interactive online event exploring how you can understand and monitor changing customer expectations, and design and deliver easy, emotionally-engaging digital interactions.

We’ll be live from the first minute to the last. So you’ll get the chance to put questions to Juliana, join interactive breakout sessions, plus chat with other ecommerce and digital leaders from a wide range of industries. Nothing pre-recorded, nothing staged.

We’ll cover:

  • Mastering the three elements of good digital CX: success, effort and emotion

  • How to identify and fix broken digital experiences

  • Five XM practices for accelerating your digital transformation

What is an XM Exchange Forum?

It’s the workshop experience, online – live presentations, worksheets, group activities, and the chance to connect with peers around the world. Keep up to date with all of our XM Virtual events.
