Travel and accommodations

We have complimentary hotel accommodations and ground transportation to and from the course available for attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

DAILY AGENDA, THURSDAY - SATURDAY

9:00 AM CT – Suite opens. Throughout the day you will enjoy premium, climate-controlled hospitality with complimentary buffets, top shelf bars, and non-alcoholic beverages.

11:30 AM CT – Lunch is served.

4:30 PM  CT – Round of golf ends.

If your request to attend is accepted, you will be notified via email within 3 business days. If you have questions about the status of your request to attend the PGA TOUR® hospitality event with Qualtrics, please reach out to your account team. Once notified of your acceptance, please indicate through the pre-event survey if you will need hotel accommodations, ground transportation or if you plan to bring a guest if you are attending on Saturday. 

Invitations approved for Thursday and Friday do not include a +1. Invitations for Saturday include the option to bring a guest.

This invitation and tickets provided by Qualtrics are not transferable and will only be honored for the intended recipient.

This invitation is limited to two days per guest at maximum.
