The latest in CX + EX trends: Listening smarter, acting faster
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12
3 PM CT / DALLAS-FORT WORTH
Join Qualtrics experts and fellow customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area for an exclusive networking event at the Qualtrics office and speakeasy. We'll kick off the event with an interactive discussion about trends in the experience management (XM) space featuring leading companies using XM to transform their business.
Afterward, we will follow up with a wine tasting!
Over the last two years, customers have adopted new buying habits, new channels, and new preferences–they’re not looking back and neither should you.
Join Qualtrics CX expert and strategist, Dr. Elizabeth ErkenBrack, and EX expert and strategist, Dr. Leo Brajkovich, to discover how your customer and employee experiences can deliver a competitive advantage that delights customers and inspires employees. You’ll learn how to:
+ Address common challenges and blind spots in your CX and EX programs and how they can share data
+ Recognize emerging trends in the experience management space, and identify the next steps for quick wins
+ Ensure your CX + EX programs are delivering the best results
Bring your experiences, questions, and best practices to share. You’ll be joined by other XM leaders and professionals for a conversation about what employees are demanding in exchange for their loyalty and customers for their share of wallet.
