Dr. Elizabeth ErkenBrack is an exceptional Experience Management (XM) strategic executive and Linguistic & Media Anthropology Ph.D., delivering success for clients through a unique combination of executive-level business insight strategy and delivery, an elite research education, and unparalleled interpersonal skills. She has proven skill at discovering nuanced client insights, deploying them to design and implement complex solutions, and developing measurement systems linking client data and financial impact.

Employee Experience Solution Strategist, Qualtrics
Dr. Leo Brajkovich helps Qualtrics clients design holistic EX and listening strategies spanning the employment lifecycle. His recent work involves linking customer and employee experiences, scaling the service-profit chain, and delivering a competitive advantage to clients by delighting customers and inspiring employees. He has 25 years of experience in EX research and design, employee engagement, and workforce analytics. He holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Mathematical Social Science and a B.S. in Physics.
