EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLE

Transforming Human Capital Management into Human Experience Management

May 19, 2020 / 09:00 am PT || 12:00pm EST

In the experience economy, companies need to invest in and deliver great employee experiences to achieve better business results and outperform the competition. With the impact employee experience has on engagement, retention, and the bottom-line – it’s become a strategic priority for HR leaders.

Traditional human capital management (HCM) systems were not built with employees’ needs and wants in mind. That’s why we’re calling for a revolution to turn HCM into HXM: human experience management. This new approach transforms the way companies engage with their people – and helps them deliver the experiences employees have always wanted.

Join us for a virtual roundtable event with leaders from SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics Employee Experience for a lively exchange on:

  • Why human capital management (HCM) is evolving into human experience management (HXM)
  • How SAP and Qualtrics are partnering together to bring forward the revolution of Human Experience Management
  • What role future technology can play in creating exceptional experiences, leading to higher productivity & retention of key employees
  • How HR leaders are leveraging current solutions to mature and maximize the impact of their employee programs

By joining this event you can also look forward to:
