During the session, we will explore how adopting AI-enabled customer experience can provide a strategic advantage for your organization. From enhancing customer insights to streamlining service operations, we’ll discuss practical frameworks and guidelines to set up your AI-enabled program up for success.
After the discussion, we will be joined by a master mixologist, Shell Rapier, to guide us through making two drinks, The Classic ‘Rita and a Bourbon Apple Cider Old Fashioned. Each cocktail kit will also include mocktail recipes so everyone can participate in the fun. Important Information About Tasting Kits:
- – Please be aware that alcohol will be shipped separately from the cocktail kits. You will receive two packages: one containing the cocktail materials and the other containing the alcohol.
- – All alcohol deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 21 or older, so please provide a delivery address where an eligible recipient will be available to sign for the package.
- – Please note that alcohol shipment is prohibited in the following states and countries: West Virginia, Utah, Tennessee, Oregon, North Carolina, Montana, Michigan, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Alaska, Alabama, and Canada. Guests in these locations will receive a gift card for the local purchase of alcohol.
