Our partners from Deloitte will lead us through the next session, where we’ll walk through the building blocks of a cutting edge customer experience program, and how that plays into XM as a whole. To close the day, we will have you separate into breakout sessions that will enable you to dive deeper into the experience channels that are most relevant to your day-to-day operations.
