Join leading healthcare organizations to share, learn, and discuss best practices in leveraging your XM Discover platform to drive value in your VOC/CX/EX (“XM”) programs. This will be a highly-collaborative, peer-driven summit intended for Healthcare CX professionals to foster new relationships and share perspectives on successes and challenges in their programs.

Each day will feature sessions focused on both leadership/strategy in Healthcare CX as well as a corresponding technical track breakout for Analysts that are utilizing XM Discover to support this work. We encourage you to have representation from across the roles on your Healthcare CX team.

Enjoy two spectacular events – Monday night you will enjoy a private chef dinner with a local mixologist
for dinner and drinks at Qualtrics HQ. Tuesday night we will be heading to the Utah Jazz game vs. the
New York Knicks.

During this 2-day event, you can expect to learn how to:

Monday, November 14

  • 5:00 PM MT – Private chef and mixologist hosted at Qualtrics HQ

Tuesday, November 15

  • 8:30 AM MT – Breakfast, rooms open
  • 9:00 AM MT – Morning sessions begin
  • 11:30 AM MT – Lunch
  • 12:30 PM MT – Afternoon sessions begin
  • 4:30 PM MT – Depart office for the Utah Jazz game
