Wells Fargo Championship
Qualtrics is excited to welcome you to the Wells Fargo Championship this week in the Green Mile Club at Quail Hollow.
Please see below for important information that will help shape your experience prior to arrival and on-site.
Where and when?
Tickets
Your parking permit and clubhouse ticket(s) will be sent to you via Ticketmaster to the email you provided in your pre-event survey. Your ticket(s) will be sent no later than Wednesday at 5 PM PT.
When you arrive to the Clubhouse, you will need to visit the Green Mile Club concierge to receive your Green Mile Club access for the day.
*Pro-tip: add your digital tickets and parking to your phone’s virtual wallet prior to arrival at the course.
If you have not yet completed your pre-event survey, please submit that as soon as possible so we have the best email to deliver your ticket.
Parking
A Preferred Parking permit is provided for our attendees each day of the tournament. A parking permit will be automatically included with your digital ticket delivery for each day you are attending with us.
The Preferred Parking location on Saturday and Sunday is South Mecklenburg High School located at 8900 Park Road. Preferred Parking map is available here.
A dedicated shuttle will run continuously between the Preferred Parking location and the Quail Hollow Club [approx. 5 minutes point to point].
Qualtrics hospitality
Location: The Green Mile Club
The Green Mile Club offers the most exclusive experience available at the Wells Fargo Championship. Green Mile Club members will enjoy comfortable seating overlooking the 16th green and 17th hole, with amazing food and beverage service, and unencumbered views of the action as players enter The Green Mile – one of the toughest three-hole stretches on the PGA TOUR.
Green Mile Club guests will also enjoy exclusive access to secondary viewing between #7 green and #8 teeing ground with full bar service and shuttle service to and from Green Mile Club
Time: The Green Mile Club is open to ticket-holders from *8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
The PGA TOUR has a list of allowable and prohibited items. All bags must be smaller than 6”x6”x6” or clear bags smaller than 12″x6″x12″, and umbrellas cannot have the sleeves on them.
RSVP changes
Please let us know as soon as possible if you’ve had a change in plans and are no longer able to attend, need to adjust the day(s) of attendance, or any other portion of your RSVP.
You can email pgatourexperience@qualtrics.com for any updates to your RSVP.
Please keep in mind that your ticket is non-transferable and will only be honored for the registered guest(s).
