Qualtrics is excited to welcome you to the Presidents Cup at The Royal Montreal Golf Club.

Please see below for important information that will help shape your experience prior to arrival and on-site.

Tickets

Your ticket(s) will be sent to you via Ticketmaster to the email you provided in your pre-event survey. Your ticket(s) will be sent no later than Wednesday at 5 PM PT.

*Pro-tip: add your digital ticket to your phone’s virtual wallet prior to arrival at the course.

If you have not yet completed your pre-event survey, please submit that as soon as possible so we have the best email to deliver your ticket.

Coffee with Qualtrics and the PGA TOUR®

Friday, September 27 at 8:30 AM

Join us at The Ritz-Carlton Montreal for Coffee with Qualtrics

Guests will enjoy networking with fellow experience management leaders over a light breakfast followed by a fireside chat with PGA TOUR’s SVP of Sales and Market Development, Jared Rice.

Shuttles will depart from The Ritz-Carlton to the golf course immediately following the session.

Travel

Shuttle: Qualtrics is providing complimentary car service to and from The Royal Montreal Golf Club for all guests Thursday through Sunday. The shuttles will depart from The Ritz-Carlton Montreal beginning at:

9:00 AM on Thursday

10:30AM on Friday

8:00AM on Saturday

9:00AM on Sunday

Car service will run continuously, departing The Ritz on the hour. The service will provide return trips from Royal Montreal Golf Club back to The Ritz-Carlton with the final return departing the course at 6:00 PM. Guests taking the car service should valet park at The Ritz and let the valet stand know you’re with the Qualtrics group before meeting in the lobby of the hotel.

If you have any questions leading up to or during the tournament regarding the car service, please reach out to our on site concierge Sami Dubow at 425.324.5498 (cell phone). Sami will be on site to meet guests in the lobby.

Parking: We do not have parking passes for this event. We encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary car service from The Ritz.

Rideshare: For fans that don’t want to take the Qualtrics car service to the course, tournament officials recommend using Rideshare to get to the tournament. The Uber or Taxi pick-up/drop-off lot will be located at CF Fairview Pointe-Claire – 400, Boul. Brunswick, Pointe-Claire, Qc and is a 20 minute shuttle ride from there to the course.

COURSE MAP

The PGA TOUR has a list of allowable and prohibited items. All bags must be smaller than 6”x6”x6” or clear bags smaller than 12″x6″x12″, and umbrellas cannot have the sleeves on them.

If you requested hotel accommodations through your pre-event survey, you will receive your confirmation details directly from the hotel.

RSVP changes

Please let us know as soon as possible if you’ve had a change in plans and are no longer able to attend, need to adjust the day(s) of attendance, or any other portion of your RSVP.

Please keep in mind that your ticket is non-transferable and will only be honored for the registered guest(s).
