Forrester names Qualtrics a Leader in the Customer Feedback Management (CFM) space. This report evaluates the players that matter in the space. Qualtrics received the highest possible score in the “client experience and success” and “client understanding” criteria. According to the report, Qualtrics’ clients “praise the firm for being client-centric and eager to accommodate them", "appreciate the speed of innovation, and find being involved in the innovation process refreshing." Qualtrics also received the top ranking in capabilities to solicit feedback, which measured feedback channels including digital and mobile apps.
