Finding community & helping clients: Aidan, Product Specialist

I am driven by the chance to drive efficiency in Qualtrics’ interactions with our great customers. Quni gives me a chance to work on this, by balancing the number of client interactions with the level of assistance I provide. I love continuous learning, and in Quni I get a chance to discover new portions of the platform every day.

What was the turning point where you knew you 'had to have the job' at Qualtrics?

After touring the office and seeing the environment I was going to work in. As well, I enjoyed my conversations with all my interviewers and felt that joining Quni would be a good fit for me.

What is your favorite part of your role?

I feel that I am really helping many clients on a daily basis, and that's huge.

What has surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?

The level of support I feel from other Product Specialists was surprising, especially having started virtually.

How do you feel you've been able to apply what you studied at school to your career?

I studied Global Supply Chain, and while my job is more client-focused than business-focused, I can apply a number of business principles to optimizing the client experience.

Qualtrics is growing, and if you're ready to find your "why" at a place like this, you can explore our open opportunities at any time by visiting our career page or by joining our talent community.
